Please choose either a Discovery Visit or a 60- or 90-minute New Patient Visit.

Discovery Visit is a focused appointment for prospective patients who would like to discuss their health concerns, determine whether the practice is a good fit, and receive guidance on potential next steps. This visit is not intended to replace a comprehensive new patient evaluation and may not be appropriate for complex medical concerns requiring extensive review of records or laboratory data.
